Ratna, Hitomi, TaiPin, Kevin, Mo, Junice, Vigh, Danielle and Po, we helped to serve a free lunch for the kids in Loyal Home.

Before this , I have no idea that joining the tour of Gua Tempurung is so adventourous, I couldn't remember how many time I hit my head to the rocks.

I was invited to join Danielle, Kevin and Hitomi for the STAR walk of 10km around Ipoh city. Glad to be one of the last group who managed to reach the final line in time.07.09.2008
Hon Wong came back to his homeland from US. I was so surprise that he brought me so many gift: cycling shirt, energy bars, cyclist bracelets......we spent two days eating too much food in Ipoh:P
I'm glad to be Hon Wong's first host .

Boiled egg in tea. Terry came to me at the right time after I cancelled my bicycle training of the weekend. He bought a very cheap used bicycle in Thailand, and cycled all the way from Penang to my place in just ONE day! My goodness!
So glad to have him sharing with me his experience of riding in Thailand.I was so surprise that he dare to try those egg in chinese tea:P. I think he must be a good travel companion. Who knows if we will be one of the "crazy guy on a bike"one day? ha......
